Rave : Eminem & Rihanna - Love The Way You Lie

I absolutely LOVE this song. It's about an abusive relationship, where the woman does her best to fight back but she can't win and she can't leave. Rihanna sings the chorus, which says "Just gonna stand there and watch me burn, but that's alright because I like the way it hurts. Just gonna stand there and hear me cry, but that's alright because I love the way you lie." The lyrics, the music, and the video are all beautifully done. The video stars Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan, and the passion that they bring to it is amazing. It's such a real song. So many women and couples go through the same thing. It's a sad situation to be so controlled by a relationship that you can't leave. I've always been a fan of Eminem and I like Rihanna too, but this song blows me away. Definitely one of the best either has done. Check it out!

Rant - Kat Von D

I used to like Kat Von D, I really did. I love tattoos and she's an awesome artist. Sure, she sounds like a trucker and her excessive tattoos do the long jump over the line between sexy and skanky, but she gives off that cool rocker vibe and I'm down with that. She's a far cry from classy when she's single, but her choice in men makes her just outright trashy. Nikki Sixx was bad enough. Kat is 28, just 2 years older than me. Nikki is almost 52, just a few years younger than my dad. And of course, a washed up rock star. But now she's taken a step down to Jesse James, the 41 year old ex of Sandra Bullock, who cheated on the gorgeous actress with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, a tattoo model who posed for pictures wearing a swastika and holding a Nazi dagger. Jesse has a preference for trash (his first wife was Janine Lundemulder, a porn star) so I'm not sure how Sandra ended up with him in the first place, but Kat is crazy for taking her leftovers. Why would anyone want to be with a man who cheats on his wife with someone so nasty? I would kind of understand if it was some random chick who was just trying to hook up for the fame or money, but Kat already has that. Why bring yourself down girl? Let's just hope these two don't decide to have children one day.
